Rita de la Feria is Professor of Tax Law at the University of Leeds, and an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation. Since 2023, she is a member of the Advisory Panel of the UK’s Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR).

Kwasi has over 15 years of professional tax and accounting experience – over 14 years have been with EY and a 1-year stint with another accounting firm in the UK prior to starting his tax career with EY Ghana. Kwasi was recently seconded to EY UK to lead the Africa EMEIA Desk for 3 years at the EMEIA Desk Tax Centre in London. During this period of secondment, he led Africa footprint projects which provided faster and more efficient collaborative platforms for multi-country planning and cross-border transactions, and tax advisory support to MNCs. He was a Director at EY UK prior to re-joining EY Ghana..

At PwC he focuses on assisting clients to align tax and business strategies, prepare various tax return and reports, automate tax processes, manage tax data flows, manage tax risks, and perform analytics, among others. His goal is to help taxpayers reduce the burden of preparing the many mandatory tax returns and reports, and to help taxpayers plan and set up processes for their own tax compliance and tax reporting obligations.

Wisdom has over 12 years of experience spanning the areas of international tax, regulatory compliance, and business tax. He specialises in cross-border tax advisory, where he provides advice to foreign investors on their inbound investments in Ghana. He also covers transaction tax structuring, mergers and acquisition (M&A) tax, international taxation, and regulatory advisory.
