About Wisdom Kpano

Wisdom has over 12 years of experience spanning the areas of international tax, regulatory compliance, and business tax. He specialises in cross-border tax advisory, where he provides advice to foreign investors on their inbound investments in Ghana. He also covers transaction tax structuring, mergers and acquisition (M&A) tax, international taxation, and regulatory advisory.

He has provided tax consulting and audit support services to several multinational and large local companies across various industries covering the consumer, financial services, oil and gas, mining, and manufacturing industries.

Wisdom enjoys sharing knowledge through facilitating training sessions aimed at upskilling participants’ skills and solving complex business challenges with a focus on tax risk management and optimisation.

Wisdom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG).
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
